Chair recliner wasn’t working at all, after reporting crew member they didn’t do anything at all and entertainment wasn’t working anything and it was boring. Only good part shorter flight time all over..
My check in baggage got misplaced with other baggage. I have been helped by fellow passenger and fellow indigo member to get back my luggage.
Clean, well maintained and on time performance.
Not sure why everyone has to go through literally 7 different security check points (not Qatars fault) but besides that, everything went very smooth.
My plane tix did not come with lounge access
Kayak/Qatar Airways tore one of my bags. I'd like compensation for it. Also, the check in at Chicago was time consuming and tedious owing to RT PCR checking. That should be made more efficient. Likewise, the check at Mumbai airport.
Inaccurate flight time, need to improve customer service. It’s better for them to spend money on hiring professional staff instead of spending money on expensive ads.

The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best."

Мінуси: "There are couple things. First of all, it was cold almost for everyone: everyone used a blanket, and some people asked for a second blanket. Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

I’m not sure flight with such short connections should be sold at all - with the previous flight being late 20 minutes, we were met at arrival gate by Qatar airlines employee that told us our connecting flight left without us. They helped us with everything onward- getting new boarding passses, hotel and meal vouchers, but all of this should not have been needed if such short connections were not sold."

Meal trays laid on meal tables for hours after the passengers finished food. Flight attendants literally responded in over 30 min of call. I pressed special meals online before boarding. However, the flight attendants were not sure. They went back to kitchen to verify that and return with the ordered meal."

The flight crew was very attentive, loved that we got 2 full meals on this flight!! The way it is now a days where you have to pay extra for every little thing, the meals, wine and thoughtful care package we received really go a long way. Loved Turkish Airlines!
Plane was packed. Lots of screaming babies. No leg room. Very uncomfortable for such a long flight. Could not change seats during check in. Too many unmasked people. Seats were too close together. The staff was great though.
Everything was wonderful but the only thing is the kids running around and screaming. Other wise, I am very satisfied.

I found out within a out half an hour what would happen -- you had them delivered to where I was staying the next day. It all went smoothly and fortunately I had allowed extra time after I arrived ... no problems. And the people who handled your baggage claims were professional."

I got to see the flight crew handle a medical emergency and saw that they were well prepared, efficient, and concerned. The food and entertainment were fine. I felt like the seat space was better than on British which I often use. I had an empty seat next to me however. I was impressed that the flight crew moved a taller gentleman to a premium (exit) seat to accommodate his extra tall stature. He didn't ask, but they wanted him to be comfortable."

I was delayed over 12 hours, missed two connections and given the runaround about getting a place to stay for the night. The shuttle service provided took another hour at 2am! $47 to cover four meals and no mention of flight credit on my first leg for the HUGE inconvenience. A direct flight to Budapest a 27 hours after the fact is the best they could do and wanted to charge me a change fee too!! My vacation is cut short by this mess and my travel companions already in country are waiting on me to get their trip started. I will not be using Air Canada or Turkish air until they can communicate between one another and provide at least average customer service. So, it's safe to say that it will be the 12th of NEVER when I fly Air Canada"

Мінуси: "I landed in Istanbul for a 19 hour layover. I previously made arrangements to stay at an Airbnb nearby. I was made aware that a Visa is required while attempting to go through passport control. I had to leave the line I spent 30 minutes waiting in to go get a Visa for 25 Euros. I was never informed of this requirement by Kayak or Turkish Air. It was a very frustrating experience and an added expense for which I expect to be reimbursed."

Мінуси: "The flight was VERY long, from Istanbul to Los Angeles. I'm over 6 feet tall so it was difficult to sleep but there is very little the airline can do about this."

Мінуси: "1) Since we had a long layover at Istanbul, the airline provides the option to take you to a free hotel to spend the night. I knew this information based on online reviews, but the airline itself never did anything to offer this, I had to walk around on the airport, for like 2 hours I could not find decent help and some instructions in broken English. I had to pay 25 Euros to get mi visa stamped and walk out of the airport. The Turkish Airlines attendant that set up the free hotel for us, walked us to a shuttle that would drive us to the hotel, but the shuttle driver got lost? or something happened that caused for him to drive around town for more than an hour, speaking on the phone loudly in Turkish and completely ignoring us when we asked questions, This got a little scary since we had no idea what was going on, at some point we were in the middle of a dark residential area, and listening to the driver yell on the phone (god knows what). Luckily a driver came over and guided us to the hotel, but seriously, they should be careful about who they hire for these kind of tasks. (I posted a video on instagram with footage of the guy driving us around in case my family needed to find me)."

Got off the plane from the flight from Barcelona to Istanbul, to connect to New York and first thing this woman insists that me and my friend should go to exit and baggage claim instead of international transfers. My friend had to get a visa at check out and all the trouble of trying to get back into the gate simply because of a STUPID AIRPORT STAFF who doesn't know what they are doing. I have had trouble before with airport staff who doesn't know what they are doing or give wrong directions. That is why will avoid flying with them to Europe."

Мінуси: "The airline apparently switched us to an earlier flight however we had received NOT A SINGLE email telling us that our flight had been moved. We had continued to receive emails for our original flight which still existed. Have no idea why they would move us in the first place and not tell us. We had to go through the hassle of getting switched back to our earlier flight which took an additional hour of dealing with people. This mimics our experience flying from Dalaman to Istanbul when our flight was canceled and we received no notification. They told us it was too early to receive a notification (we were there 12 hours in advance). However, had we arrived within the suggested window and found out it was canceled we never would have been able to reschedule to a connecting flight that still got us to Madrid in time.When checking our bags, the clerk tried to tell us that a backpack and small purse were too big to count as personal items even though they had been fine on ALL of our previous flights. I pointed out that individuals in other lines had larger backpacks that were being counted and he finally acquiesced but with a lot of attitude. The plane was then an hour late. The sign for boarding continued to tell us it was on time up until 45 minutes AFTER we were supposed to have boarded when it finally updated and said 'delayed'. The crew stood around laughing and providing zero updates as we all worried about whether or not we would make our connecting flights. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL"
