By the time I contact you and get the right one all the windows seats or aisle seats in the airplane where taken. I had to go with middle seat which can be super tight and uncomfortable when you have two strangers on both of your sides for such a long flight. I wish they email me the right tiket number on time."

I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Мінуси: "the flight was almost 2 h late without any explanation from the ground crew whats is going on , why is the aircraft late and what would be with the connection flight in Istanbul. while arrived at Istanbul it was total mass : representative of turkish airlines was waiting and focused on a group from Korea or china , helped them and barely answered other passengers who didnt know what is the status of their connection flight , which was not shown on the screen ( to tel aviv for example ). then it turned out that my flight took off 15 min before and i was approached to turkish desk to get voucher for poor meal at 2.30 am in the morning and a new ticket . that was poor compensation for 2 h delay in BUD and delay to substitute flight that took off on 7:45 am , almost 6 h later in istanbul . i was forced to run at the airport like a mad instead of having a rep of the co , explaining the passengers where to go and get their new flight ticket and not run hundred of meters with no address in the terminal area . that experience was so bad i havent been through for 13 years . i arrived TA after 14.5 h of trip for a flight who to take 4 h net including istanbul - TA ."

The two bags did not make the Chicago/Denver transfer, but were on the next United flight an hour later."

Мінуси: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

Плюси: "The international pods were wonderful. Lots of space and could choose from a ton of movies. the bathroom was oversized with plenty of space. And the Bentley travel packs are a very nice touch. The highlight of the trip though is the Turskish Lounge in Istanbul. It has several grand pianos, tons of iMac stations, a freaking golf simulator, and different food stations. Thai, Turkish cuisine a salad bar. It it the best lounge I have experienced 10 fold. It’s the size of a mall."

Once I was in the airport, people weren't sure if the flight mentioned in my ticket was the Turkish Airline flight because it said Philippine Airlines on my ticket. I also couldn't do an online check-in."

There are snacks like muffin available "anytime" On our long flight from Atlanta to Paris I pressed the button 3 times to see if I could get a muffin, but the attendant alert was turned off remotely and no one came to check on me. Thank God it wasn't some sort of emergency."

Мінуси: "I wanted to cancel my flight on Turkish as I was concerned about safety after the terrible attack there at IST. I was told that TK were changing tickets and issuing refunds for a period of 7 days after the attack - and I was scheduled to fly on day 8. They refused to refund or change - all they would say are 'fare fules' - 'fare rules'. When I passenger has a concern over personal safety, and in the aftermath of a large scale lapse in security at their main hub, they should be more understanding and not stand by their arbitrary 7 day rule."

Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Мінуси: "It took us 2 tries to get there due to weather and they had us waiting in the airport for 12 hours in the middle of the night. We first flew to Lviv and then they turned the plane around and came back as we were landing. I appreciate that they did this for safety reasons. When we got back however at 2:30am, they did not provide us with a hotel and just gave us blankets and pillows to sleep in the airport. They also offered us only a piece of bread with ham and cheese and a coffee for the next 12 hours until the new flight left. Not a pleasant experience."

While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."

So I guess it’s their policy to hold you at ransom if your bag is even close to not fitting. Even worse, the plane was about 40% full and there was no shortage of room on the plane. They are crooks!"

Плюси: "There are many horror stories on the web about flying RyanAir, so I expected the worst. My wife and I flew RT from Dublin to Koln. Although we carry on on all other airlines (in the US), we paid extra to check our carry on bags because of the Ryanair website, which sounded VERY strict about bag size and threatened to charge 50E or something per bag if ours were too big. Turns out all the other passengers had the same huge carry-ons as always. I probably wares the bag fee. Ryan requires you to print boarding passes before you get to the airport or they will charge 50E per person to print(!). The boarding process is a cattle call, but most people are polite with little shoving. The seats on the plane are hard and don't recline. All in all, we saved money and the flight was OK. Just know what to expect."

It was almost impossible to keep your arms off the arm-rests. I hate that you are penalized if you don't have a printed boarding-pass. We almost didn't as the web-site was down the day before we flew and we ALMOST couldn't get our boarding passes printed - due to no fault of ours. When we called to say the web site was down, there was NO HELP or understanding. Not sure I want to fly with Ryanair again."

Плюси: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."

It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

The girl at the baggage counter called Pegasus and they told her the amount. When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."
