I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."
Плюси: "I witnessed the flight crew defuse a conflict between two male passengers (that had escalated to shouting and throwing each others belongings out of overhead storage) before we left Frankfurt. A male steward showed he could be professionally stern when backing up a female coworker handling the situation and compassionate when he comforted an elderly woman in distress halfway through the intercontinental flight. The entire crew I interacted with in economy class were professional, friendly, welcoming, and helpful."

They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Some of the passengers were boarded then the rest of the passengers were left standing in line at the gate for a prolonged period of time. Boarding staff did not address the passengers while we waited. We did not know how serious the issue was while we waited, if we were going to be allowed to board, or if the flight was going be cancelled. Just before boarding the issue was attributed to a passenger from the previous flight who was in a wheelchair and required assistance. Would have been nice to know while we waited."

Мінуси: "First they asked us to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight, sadly the staff did t arrive and didn't open the ticket counter until 2 hours before the flight. Secondly, you need to print your boarding pass prior to arriving. I did my check in online and paid for a checked bag which what's $58. The employee asked to see the boarding pass on my way phone, obviously it wasn't pulling up this time. We had to pay 15€ per ticket just to print them. That to me is rediculous. The on the flight, they will not take any credit card that isn't European and they are the first airline to accept cash onboard. Overall our experience was horrible. You would think after making us wait in line for over and hour they wouldn't charge is to PRINT the tickets. This airline is perfect for someone traveling by themselves with only a carry on and having access to a printer."

Secondly, there was nothing service-minded about one of the cabin-crew who barked at me for not immediately showing her my boarding pass while boarding the plane (pure impertinence). Thirdly, the seats don't recline so the knees of tall people are hard against the front seats which puts them in an uncomfortable rigid upright position during the flight. Lastly, the flight was late."
